Shaping Learning For Life

Stockbridge - Primary and Pre-school

Social Responsibility

Social Responsibility encourages children to look beyond themselves and consider how they may add value to others lives.

For example, when learning about coasts, lower school (Years 1,2 & 3) learn about the work of the RNLI and how they can help support this important organisation.

Upper school (Years 4, 5 & 6) children as part of their 1001 Arabian nights topic, learn about the Muslim pillar of Zakat and community giving and find an opportunity to do this in their own community.
