Although we try to keep the main news for our newsletter there are specific letters for sporting events, class visits, one off trips and events plus workshops for parents that need to be sent home. They are listed below in the term they were published.
Music lessons – we are broadening our offer on music lessons this year. If you would like your child to sign up to music lessons, please use the letter attached. 4th Sept 2017
Buddies – written by Elliott in Year 6, this letter was sent home to parents of all KS1 children to introduce our buddies system and explain how it all works. 8th Sept 2017
Bake off & Jury services – Our Macmillan Coffee morning will be ‘ramped up’ this year with a bake off between staff, parents, children and the community. Miss Tregunna is on jury service, more information in the letter. 12th September 2017
Cross Country TEAM ONLY – for children in Years 4-6 who’ve been chosen to run for our Cross country team on Wed 4th Oct. 22nd Sept 2017
Cross Country FUN RUN ONLY – for children in Years 3-6 who are not in the Cross country team but would like to have a go and take part in the fun run. 22nd Sept 2017
Marwell trip – for children in Years 1-3 this trip will take place on Mon 9th October. 28th Sept 2017
Being safe online – our Year 5/6 children have been learning about how to keep safe online, specifically around cyber bullying and have written this guidance letter, sent home to all children in the school. They felt it was very important to get the message out there that you need to keep safe. 12th January 2018
We’ve cleared last year’s letters off the site ready for 2017-18 to begin however, in light of the continued terror attacks, we have left this sensible advice for your information should you need to refer to it in order to support your child’s understanding.
