Although we try to keep the main news for our newsletter there are specific letters for sporting events, class visits, one off trips and events plus workshops for parents that need to be sent home. They are listed below in the term they were published.

Autumn term

Specific letters will be published here as the term progresses.  Please revisit if you think you’re missing a letter (or two!).

Bake off – letter giving details of our bake off for Macmillan Coffee morning on 28 Sept ’18.

Parent’s evening sign up – print this one off to log the times you would like for parent’s evenings on 16th & 17th October ’18.

British Food Week invite to lunch – we’re inviting all parents to lunch on the week beginning 1st October ’18.  Please return by 25th September to book your place.

Vision and Values – please have a look at our vision, mission and values which underpin the ethos of the school.

Christmas at Stockbridge – a complete guide for what’s on at School throughout December.

Christmas hamper – a poster from FOSS requesting themed donations (categorised by class) for the upcoming raffle.

Spring term

Spelling Guidance Letter – Information regarding helping your child with spelling at home. 18th March 2019.

Football Tournament Letter – Football tournament at Wallop Primary School on 21 March. 15th March 2019.

SWGS Open Afternoon Event Letter – Information letter regarding the upcoming open afternoon event at South Wilts Grammar School. 12th March 2019.

Y4 Tile Barn Information Letter – Information letter regarding the upcoming Year 4 residential trip to Tile Barn Outdoor Centre in April. 1st March 2019.

S&W Hiller Gardens Trip – Information letter for Sprat & Winkle’s trip on Thursday 21 March to Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. 14th February 2019.

Parent engagement menu – We issued this helpful guide to all that’s going on to engage parents in children’s learning in the Spring & Summer terms of 2018-19.  It’s a little difficult to read on screen so please print out or ask the school office for another copy. 8th February 2019.

We issued this letter last spring term but felt it was still important even now so it’s here for your perusal.

Being safe online – our Year 5/6 children have been learning about how to keep safe online, specifically around cyber bullying and have written this guidance letter, sent home to all children in the school.  They felt it was very important to get the message out there that you need to keep safe.   12th January 2018
